Automotive Service Technician
$30–$50 per Flag Hour | Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify issues.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Electrical Systems
- Steering and Suspension
- Brakes
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
- Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs when needed.
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- ASE Certification required.
- B-Level Technician skills, including:
- Diagnostics
- Electrical Repair
- Engine Repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
