What You'll Do
Keep our customers diving safely by servicing, maintaining, and repairing SCUBA equipment with laser-sharp attention to detail.
Troubleshoot like a champ - you'll handle it all from regulators to cylinders.
Provide top-tier, personalized service and keep customers in the loop from drop-off to dive-ready.
Own your workspace like a pro: clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Stay current on the latest gear and tech - curiosity encouraged.
Collaborate with retail, swim, and SCUBA teams to ensure every Diventures location runs smoothly.
What You Bring
Mechanical know-how and a can-do attitude.
A customer-first mindset with a knack for making people feel like VIPs.
A love for learning, especially regarding new equipment and certifications.
Strong communication skills (bonus points if you speak fluent SCUBA).
PSI certifications and vendor repair credentials are a big plus!
