    Experienced ATV/UTV Service Technician

    Previous ATV, UTV, or side-by-side technician experience is required.

    Knoxville Powersports is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing service department. As one of the top five Polaris dealerships in the nation, we maintain a steady workload and need a technician who can complete quality repairs efficiently and correctly.

    This is not an entry-level technician position. The ideal candidate can diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns, complete repairs according to manufacturer standards, document work accurately, and take responsibility for each unit from diagnosis through completion.

    Compensation

    • $20–$32 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience
    • Consistent workload with plenty of available work

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides
    • Perform maintenance, warranty repairs, and major mechanical repairs
    • Complete work accurately and within established labor times
    • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards
    • Document diagnoses, repairs, parts, and labor clearly
    • Communicate repair needs and delays to service management
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
    • Take ownership of assigned work and follow repairs through completion

    Requirements

    • Previous ATV, UTV, or side-by-side service technician experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Basic hand tools
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
    • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Accurate paperwork and repair-order documentation
    • Dependable and stable work history
    • Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
    • Must meet company drug-free workplace requirements

    Schedule

    • Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
    • Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
    • Closed Sunday and Monday
