  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

    • Repair and replace vehicle components including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
    • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repairs.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience as an automotive service technician preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair guides.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
