️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Service Technician, you'll be the expert our customers rely on to keep their heavy equipment running strong.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and major repairs on heavy construction and forestry equipment
• Using strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Applying root cause analysis to solve complex problems
• Working with the Service Advisor and Service Manager to provide accurate machine information, including:
• Make, model, and serial number
• Parts, tools, and supplies used
• Identification of additional repairs needed

You'll play a critical role in keeping our customers productive and their equipment operating at peak performance.

Experience & Technical Skills

️ 3-5 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician or mechanic

️ Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment such as John Deere,

Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case CE, and more

️ Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

️ Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams

️ Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

️ Must possess basic tools of the trade

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable using laptop computers and basic software applications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions
• Ability to solve problems independently with little supervision
