    Field Service Technician - Industrial Refrigeration & Process Cooling

    We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers across North America in the installation support, startup assistance, troubleshooting, repair, and warranty service of industrial refrigeration and process temperature control equipment.

    This position requires extensive travel throughout the United States. A company vehicle will be provided, and air travel will be a regular part of the job. Candidates who are willing and able to travel internationally in the future are encouraged to apply, although international travel is not immediately required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform startup, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and warranty service on industrial refrigeration and process temperature control systems
    • Provide technical support and problem resolution at customer facilities
    • Communicate professionally with customers and plant personnel
    • Work independently in the field while representing the company in a professional manner
    • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation

    Equipment Experience Preferred

    • Industrial refrigeration chillers
    • Ammonia refrigeration systems
    • CO2 refrigeration systems (highly desirable)
    • Propane refrigeration systems
    • Hot water temperature control skids
    • Hot oil temperature control skids

    Qualifications

    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Ability to think independently and solve technical problems in the field
    • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in industrial environments
    • Ability to climb on equipment and access elevated service areas when required
    • Familiarity with PLCs and local process controllers
    • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to braze copper piping
    • Welding experience is not required
    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Ability to pass drug screening requirements, as some customer facilities require testing for site access
    • Must provide basic hand tools; specialized tools, equipment, and company vehicle are provided

    Location

    Candidates located near our operations are preferred; however, qualified technicians located elsewhere in the United States will be considered. Extensive travel is expected regardless of location.
