Advanced DiagnosticsUse state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify mechanical and electronic issues. Interpret results and develop efficient repair solutions.
Maintenance & Preventative CarePerform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and manufacturer-scheduled maintenance to ensure peak vehicle performance.
Complex RepairsTackle challenging repair projects including engine rebuilds, transmission work, brake systems, steering components, and advanced electronic systems.
Customer-Focused CommunicationWork closely with Service Advisors to clearly explain vehicle concerns, repair solutions, and completed work. Provide proactive recommendations to extend vehicle life and performance.
Quality & Safety AssuranceDeliver work that meets the highest company standards. Conduct post-repair testing and test drives to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Continuous Professional GrowthStay current with manufacturer training, including online courses with Hyundai and Genesis, and attend off-site classes as needed to sharpen your skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational certification or apprenticeship preferred)
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and electrical components
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical details into clear explanations
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
Fast-paced, professional service center
Exposure to a wide range of vehicles and technologies
Hands-on role requiring standing, lifting, and working in tight spaces
