A Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining bicycles and other products sold at ERIK'S to ensure safe and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and parts
Staying current with product knowledge, service procedures, and technical updates
Supporting inventory management by identifying parts needed and restocking supplies as required
Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing customers with clear explanations and repair recommendations
Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and creating a welcoming experience

Qualifications
Bicycle mechanics or related skills.

Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
