Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service Technician Foreman to lead service crews and oversee roofing service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls
- Diagnose complex roofing issues and perform repairs
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
- Train and mentor service team members
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities
- Valid driver’s license
