Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and electrical issues
Perform maintenance, repairs, and service work
Install and replace plumbing and electrical components
Explain repair options and recommendations to customers
Complete accurate service documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
Experience in plumbing and electrical service work
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Knowledge of residential and light commercial systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
