We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Electrical Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dependable, skilled professional who can troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing and electrical systems while providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and service work
- Install, replace, and repair plumbing and electrical components
- Identify problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete accurate service documentation and job reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Work independently while also supporting and collaborating with the team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in plumbing and electrical service work
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing and electrical systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Reliable, professional, and safety-minded work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
