FITREV is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to service, repair, and maintain commercial fitness equipment throughout the Sarasota & Manatee Counties. Fitness equipment experience is not required. We will train the right person.

This is a hands-on field position for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable using tools, and interested in learning a specialized trade.

What You Will Do
You'll travel to commercial customer locations throughout the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater area to:

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial cardio and strength equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Replace parts and complete repairs using hand tools
• Communicate professionally with customers and the FITREV service team
• Work independently in the field

What We Offer

• $18–$22/hour base pay, based on experience and qualifications
• Quarterly performance based bonus plan

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands and tools
• Dependable, honest, motivated, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment and parts as needed
