We're looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate brings a strong service technician background and GM/Chevrolet certification. Day-to-day, you'll work through repair orders, diagnose vehicle issues, and keep our customers' vehicles running at their best.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers are kept informed of any additional service needs and receive accurate time estimates
- Execute repairs under warranty to GM/Chevrolet manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- GM/Chevrolet Certification preferred
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude with an eagerness to improve and grow
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced shop environment
- Collaborative team player who works well with others
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
