As a Service Technician, you'll handle the full range — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance. One morning it's a diagnostic call, the next it's a turn that has to be move-in ready. You'll also help keep grounds and common areas looking like somewhere people want to live.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Willingness to take your turn in the on-call rotation and pitch in on weather-related emergencies
• A technician who does what they say they'll do, treats residents right, and never cuts corners on safety
