We're willing to train the right person.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, working with customers, and seeing the results of their work every day.What You'll DoService, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and sidingDiagnose issues and determine the best solution for repairsRepair or replace vinyl windows, entry doors, siding, and related componentsPerform caulking, sealing, painting, and finishing work as neededInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceDocument completed service and repair workMaintain company tools, equipment, and vehicleDrive a company vehicle to customer homes and job sites throughout the areaFollow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environmentWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable working with hand and power toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDependable, punctual, and ready to workGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to report to our Baton Rouge location dailyConstruction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, masonry, window/door installation, or other home improvement experience is a plusNo direct window experience?
