As a Service Technician, you'll learn and assist with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of office equipment. You’ll work closely with our experienced team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling, disassembling, and performing basic mechanical repairs on copiers, printers, and other office equipment.
• 
  Basic Diagnostics: Learning to use basic electronic diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and operational issues.
  
• 
  Systems & Connectivity: Utilizing computer literacy to connect office machines to network systems, update software/firmware, and test basic communication functions.
  
• 
  Inventory & Materials: Staging, prepping, and tracking equipment and replacement parts accurately.
  
• 
  Equipment Operation & Logistics: Safely operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move heavy equipment, while keeping the workshop clean and organized.

  Experience:No prior technician experience required! Any exposure to hands-on mechanical work, electronics, or warehouse operations is a bonus, but we will train you from the ground up.
