    Position Overview

    This is a Safety Sensitive Position - The essential functions, physical demands, and mental competencies of this job require the employee to maintain the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

    The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including:

    • Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner

    • Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep

    • Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections

    • Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies

    Qualifications

    • HVAC or EPA certification preferred

    • Pool maintenance experience preferred

    • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep

    • Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
