Position Summary The Service Systems Manager owns Super-Sod's Computerized Maintenance Management System (Limble CMMS), drives data integrity and reporting, controls maintenance costs through analysis of work-order and parts data, and manages key vendor relationships. This is an on-site position with approximately 25% travel. The role does not have direct reports among mechanics or shop personnel. Instead, it partners closely with farm managers and local service teams to improve equipment reliability and total cost of ownership.

Supervisory Responsibilities None. This role influences and supports local equipment and facilities teams but does not have direct reports among mechanics or shop staff.
Work Environment This is an on-site position based at a Super-Sod farm location, with approximately 25% travel to other farm sites, vendors, and related meetings. The role involves exposure to direct sunlight and weather, heavy-duty equipment (forklifts, tractors, implements), fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
Physical Demands Ability to walk farm sites, occasionally climb on or inspect equipment, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Full range of motion of arms and legs and good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina are required.
Typical / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours can change at the discretion of the COO. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with flexibility to accommodate farm operational needs and travel.
Travel Requires approximately 25% travel.
