CDL-Licensed Service Support Representative-Role Requirements
This active, hands-on route service and sales support role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record and previous experience in customer service or delivery roles. The top performers in this role will have exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience, as well as basic computer proficiency for tracking orders and a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with linen rental services or a related industry is a plus. A CDL-Licensed Service Support Representative must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, be attentive to details and have excellent organizational skills. This role requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support the team’s operational needs.
The CDL-Licensed Service Support Representative role requires focus on the following:
80%-Service Support – Collaborate closely with existing service team to ensure efficient and accurate delivery and pickup of soiled linen and accuracy of customer documentation. Provide courteous and helpful interactions with customers and service team members. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery trucks by performing routine checks to ensure proper functionality.
20% - Class A Operations Support – Safely operate commercial vehicles, strictly adhering to traffic regulations and the company’s protocols.
