    Looking for a leadership role with hands-on responsibilities and long-term growth?
    Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to join our growing team. You’ll lead a team of Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across our North Haven operations.

    What You’ll Do:
    As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of Braman’s operations and a role model for your team. You will:
    Lead & Develop Your Team
    • Coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement
    • Drive performance through training, feedback, and performance management
    • Foster a positive, accountable team culture
    Own Daily Operations
    • Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
    • Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff
    • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges
    • Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments, to support your team and maintain service quality
    Ensure Quality & Compliance
    • Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks
    • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
    • Support client audits and reporting efforts
    Be a Problem Solver
    • Adjust routes and resources based on business needs
    • Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed
    What We’re Looking For
    • Pest control experience is required
    • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
    • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Clear and professional communication skills
    • Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
    • Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record
    Physical Requirements:
    • Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
    • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
    Licenses:
    • Commercial Applicator License (Core)
    • CAT 41 Supervisory License
    Screening Requirements:
    • Background check
    • Driver's License
    • Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law)
