Description

Pay Range: $13.39hr - $18.39hr

Job Overview:

The position will provide financial and administrative support to the Customer Solutions Problem Resolution and Account Set Up teams. Day-to-day activities include interaction with various internal departments, working on special projects, data entry, and limited contact with customers.

Position Details:

The position will be providing support to the Customer Solutions Problem Resolution and Account Set Up teams. The candidate will work onsite 5 days a week in the Clifton business unit. Business casual dress code is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various internal departments.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Maintain limited contact with customers.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, investigating, and resolving skills.
  • Handle client information in a confidential manner.
  • Work independently.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Training will be conducted on internal systems.
