We're adding a Service Scheduling Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of our service department.You don't need to know the difference between a furnace and an air conditioner on day one. Your job is to make sure the right technician gets to the right customer at the right time.Some days go exactly according to schedule.Some don't.A repair may take longer than expected. An emergency call may come in. A technician may finish early.
