The Position

Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roofing, or commercial roof repair is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates that have construction experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Solid listening skills to communicate with coworkers and clients.
- Results-oriented with attention to organization, detail, and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and carefully move equipment on-site.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights.
- Proficient with power and hand tools.
- Ability to work outside in various climates.
