Rotation: No weekends, No holidays

About the Role
The Ambulatory Service Representative is a vital member of the Medical Specialties team, serving as the first point of contact for patients and providers across Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary, Sleep, and Nephrology. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, routing OnBase faxes, and supporting efficient clinic operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Loyola Medicine's mission, vision, and values.
