Service Representative, PRN (Radiology)

About the Role
As a key member of the Radiology team, the Service Representative helps create a seamless and positive experience for every patient. This patient-facing role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, coordinating scheduling and registration activities, answering questions, and supporting daily operations within the Radiology department. Through exceptional customer service and professionalism, the Service Representative serves as an ambassador of Loyola Medicine's mission, vision, and values at every touchpoint.
