What Youll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems safely and professionally.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.
• Educate homeowners, present repair and upgrade options using straightforward pricing, and help them make informed decisions.
• Perform electrical safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve customers home safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team.
• Continuously develop your technical, communication, and customer service skills.

What Were Looking For

• Active Connecticut E-2 electrical license.
• 3-5 years of residential electrical experience, preferably in service and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to electrical safety and code compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to serve homeowners.
• A valid drivers license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• A growth mindset: curious, ambitious, coachable, and committed to lifelong learning.
• A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in doing things right.
