Due to continued growth we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Project Manager to support and grow our service business in Hawthorne NY. This role combines project management coordination and field engagement to help expand repair work and deliver value-added solutions to our customers.

What Youll Do

Manage Service Oriented Projects

Develop project schedules & communicate directly with customers

Deliver projects on time & budget

Work closely with sales professionals

Accurately track field labor progress & performance

Order & manage project materials

Customer Relationship Management

Conduct on-site customer surveys and assess job requirements

Address customer questions and provide consultative solutions

Service Department Operations & Support

Assist sales team with site visits take-offs & develop project budgets

Coordinate special job requirements with customers and internal teams

What You Bring

Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal

Confidence handling customer conversations in person and by phone

Ability to quickly learn product and service offerings

Professional customer-first mindset

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Associates degree preferred

1-3 years of project management service industry trade or customer-facing experience preferred

Experience in service-based or technical environments is a plus

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels

Requires travel to customer locations for on-site surveys

Occasional exposure to active job sites including dust fumes and elevated noise levels
