Description of the role
The Service Porter at Terrebonne Ford in Houma, LA will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and organization of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
- Keep service drive clean and organized
- Keep shop area clean and organized
- Keep grounds area clean and attractive
- Assist service technicians as needed
- Transport customer vehicles safely
- Provide shuttle service to customers
- Operate forklift and man-lift equipment
- Involves light facilities maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
