Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Move, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist with transporting vehicles between service areas as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and work areas
- Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with daily tasks
- Keep vehicles presentable by checking for basic cleanliness and appearance
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Provide general assistance to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
