Service Porter

Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport dealership customers and employees in a courteous and timely manner. Check in vehicles and move them to a parking space. Also responsible for quality control test drives and transporting vehicles.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:- Safely drive customers and employees to and from specified locations.- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages.- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.- Provide exceptional customer service during transportation.

-Check in customer vehicles, get Vin number and miles off, check for damage and park them.

Skills:- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers.- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.- Previous experience as a delivery driver is beneficial.- Excellent customer service skills from previous roles in hospitality or related fields.
