    Provides leadership and oversight to the Parts Planning group. Drives development and ensures implementation of best practices in planning and forecasting. Works with services, operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, inventory optimization to drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfilment and replenishment needs.

    • Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Parts planning
    • 3 years or more of manager or leadership experience
    • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken)
    • MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work in the North Canton Ohio office in a Hybrid capacity

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Oracle MRP Planning experience
    • Experience in service parts planning
    • Knowledge of LEAN Methodologies

    • Manages a team of Supply Chain Planners and allied employees
    • Directs performance of various activities associated with planning, purchasing, scheduling, and other parts related activities. Forecasting and maintaining demand plans across program / project areas.
    • Adjusts plans for purchasing/sourcing and demand change.
    • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels within assigned areas.
    • Makes required inventory adjustments based on first-hand information.
    • Maintaining company asset lists.
    • Tracking delivery dates and shipment details of purchase orders.
    • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Monitors ongoing team activity to identify and quickly resolve service issues.
    • Develop schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with Supply Chain, technical, production, operational and other allied teams.
    • Enforces adherence to company policies and standards.
    • Implement relevant KPI metrics for Supply Chain Planners
