Are you an experienced warehouse professional who knows your way around shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment?

We're looking for a Service Parts Coordinator I to join a busy team in Henderson! You'll play an important role in making sure customer orders are processed accurately, inventory stays organized, and daily warehouse operations keep moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick, pack, and ship customer service parts orders
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Enter and process inventory transactions using an ERP/WMS
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Accounting teams
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Help ensure customer orders are accurate and shipped on time

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or logistics experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
• Previous ERP/WMS experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
