We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a growing team with a well-established organization in Lakeland. This position will partner closely with an experienced Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day workflow, coordinate priorities, and keep projects and operational activities moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, schedules, and priorities
- Track projects, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up items
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other partners
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational information
- Help identify potential issues and ensure timely follow-through
- Support process improvements and overall team efficiency
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A team player who takes ownership and enjoys keeping things organized and on track
