Service Now Engineer

Ameren has the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM, On-call Module, Platform Analytics, Employee Center, Collaborative Work Management, Integrations, SAM, HAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Business Continuity, GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management), NowAssist for ITSM, Virtual Agent. - Modules: ITSM, Discovery, Business Continuity, Strategic Portfolio Management, Agile module collaborative work management.

ServiceNow Engineer

Day to Day:
Scrum daily huddle 5 days a week. Getting stories/requests assigned to them. Work managed accordingly.
Broken up into different work streams, would be engineering lead for those. Business continuity model, rebuilding integrations, etc. Head down work, leading technical side of the work streams, build out, custom development, etc.

Needs: 
- Brand new ServiceNow integration experience
- Modules: ITSM, Discovery, Business Continuity, Strategic Portfolio Management, Agile module collaborative work management
- Experience with Custom process converting to "in scope" application 
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Leading team members experience (this is $130/hr Bill Rate) so it is VERY high level.

3 Must Haves:
Excellent Time Management
Communication Skills - clear and precise communication, everyone on same page, no indecisiveness
Leadership skills - step in and help teams make progress, remove road blocks.

Nice To Have
Collaboration - have other teams outside of your time, need to be able to work across other departments/teams
Job Description:
A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise. This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model.
