️ Your Mission

As the Center Manager, you are the "CEO" of your shop. You’ll be the bridge between our talented technicians and our valued customers.

• Lead with Impact: Coach your team to peak performance, holding them accountable to high standards of quality and productivity.
• Master the Metrics: Use the "DRIVE" model to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like ARO (Average Repair Order), car count, and technician efficiency.
• Customer Champion: Turn a stressful car repair into a "wow" experience through transparency, education, and professional warmth.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3+ years of Management experience and retail sales background.
• Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency with PCs (Microsoft Office Suite) and a valid operator’s license.
• Mindset: You can read and interpret financial data, but you also know how to treat people with professional warmth.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required—we value great leadership above all!
