RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership and Development: Training, motivating, and mentoring service department staff to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating team performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys.
- Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality service repairs and minimizing comebacks through periodic job inspections.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Technical Expertise: Staying updated of manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and industry advancements.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Technology Proficiency: Mastering and implementing all Service Department technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
