We are seeking a Service Manager for our Liliha Branch, responsible for overseeing branch operations and supervising staff in all banking functions.
The role involves
- handling and resolving customer issues and complex inquiries,
- ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures,
- maintaining smooth branch workflow, and
- assigning coverage as needed.
The annual salary ranges from $47,195 to $84,406, depending on experience.
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with possible variations.
