Job Summary:MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Service Manager to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Service Manager provides responsible oversight, management, and execution of routine and non-routine facilities operations, maintenance, and service work orders associated with the contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with responsible oversight, management, and execution of routine and non-routine facilities operations, maintenance, and service work orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.
• Experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
• Experience managing, scheduling, and tracking a large volume of independent work orders simultaneously.
• Must be computer proficient and skilled with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience with one or more computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
