Join The F.E. Moran Refrigeration Team as an Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager

Are you an experienced industrial refrigeration professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service? We are seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager in Southern Wisconsin to lead our service operations, support a team of technicians, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our industrial refrigeration customers.

In this role, you will oversee service technicians, manage customer relationships, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You''ll Do

  • Lead and manage industrial refrigeration service technicians.
  • Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and emergency repair work.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IIAR, and company safety standards.
  • Support technician training, development, and performance management.
  • Manage service budgets, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with troubleshooting complex refrigeration systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to identify service opportunities.

What We''re Looking For

  • 10+ years of industrial refrigeration experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ammonia & CO2 refrigeration systems and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and service operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
