Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably 1-3 + years in an automotive dealership.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair, diagnostics, and service procedures.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS), and scheduling tools like Xtime.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
