Job Description:The Service Manager will focus on service operations excellence, overseeing the daily execution of service activities, technician performance, customer support, and operational processes to ensure responsiveness, organization, service quality, and growth.
This is a working manager role responsible for leading field service technicians while also performing service work as needed. The Service Manager will manage scheduling, quoting, parts coordination, troubleshooting, training, reporting, and service utilization while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer communication, and team development. This position will also support long-term customer retention and service growth through strong execution and technical leadership.
