  • Supporting and stepping in on hands-on maintenance when needed - electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, repairs and more
  • Overseeing preparation of market-ready apartments and maintaining common areas and grounds
  • Managing scheduled maintenance, inspections and preventative maintenance programmes
  • Handling emergency response, on-call duties and special maintenance projects
  • Partnering with the Community Manager on budgets, capital projects, planning and operational improvements

  • $76,198 - $97,364.80/annual salary *The salary is the annualized amount of the hourly rate. Additionally, the position is eligible for overtime, and an annual performance bonus up to 10% of the annualized salary

But pay is only the start…

  • Physical: Medical, dental, and vision care
  • Social: Paid holidays, vacation time, paid sick leave, and new parent benefits
  • Financial: Competitive pay, 401(k) retirement savings, and rent discounts
  • Community: Paid hours to give back through service
  • Career: Opportunities to grow your career through skill-building classes, leadership classes and regular reviews for promotion.
  • Location: Experience the energy and buzz of New York and keep things running smoothly in the Big Apple

What You'll Need to Thrive:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
