We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee daily shop operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing technicians, ensuring efficient repair workflows, maintaining safety standards and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day service shop operations
Lead, train, and mentor technicians to maximize performance and efficiency
Schedule work and manage workflow to meet production goals
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Manage inventory, parts and supplies
Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards
Monitor productivity and support continuous improvement efforts
Communicate effectively with customers, staff and management
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience managing a service shop or team required
Background in construction, automotive or related field preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices (OSHA)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
