Overview:
Service Manager position is available to lead activities of a team of field service technicians.
The technicians provide service for commercial dish machines & chemical dispensers as part of the Service Division of a well-established manufacturer of cleaning chemicals.
The position requires travel mainly within Texas and sometimes to neighboring states.
The position offers stable, full-time, long-term employment with the opportunity for advancement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of service experience.
Technical knowledge of commercial dish machines is an important asset.
Must have electrical, mechanical and plumbing knowledge.
Team oriented.
Sales experience is an asset.
Strong English grammar, math and computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Responsibilities & Goals:
Increase overall service level.
Manage and mentor an existing team of field service technicians.
Improve route and work efficiencies.
Provide continuous training to improve technician knowledge and effectiveness.
Recruit and train more service technicians as needed.
