All Colorado Trucks and Trailers are seeking a full time Service Manager to join our team at our growing Denver, Colorado location. We provide sales and service for all truck and trailer needs. Our services include trailer repairs, mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, brakes, suspensions, welding & fabrication and so much more!

What you’ll be doing:
Training and supervising technicians
Creating and approving accurate repair quotes, purchase orders (PO), and repair orders (RO) for clients
Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, dispatchers, fleet operators, and vendors regarding repair progress and timelines
Overseeing departmental Profit & Loss (P&L), managing labor costs, and maximizing shop profitability
Maintaining accurate and organized records for all required documentation
Collaborating with parts departments or vendors to order and stock frequently used components while controlling expenses
Enforcing strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
What you need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED certificate
Valid driver's license
Clean MVR
Experience with diesel engine repair
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
