Description of the role:

The Service Manager at Graff Auto Campus will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the service department
• Supervise service technicians and staff
• Ensure timely and quality service for all customers
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized

Benefits:
