Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GMC is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Compensation

$7,000 to $15,000+ per month Performance-based compensation with earnings determined by departmental results, leadership effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a high-volume service department
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and repair quality
• Ensure exceptional customer service and retention
• Achieve departmental sales, gross profit, and CSI goals
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maximize dealership performance

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of dealership service operations and repair processes
• Ability to analyze reports and drive performance improvements
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
