Service Manager - Ag & Construction Equipment
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager specialized in Agricultural and Construction Equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in managing service operations and leading technical teams to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily service department operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage scheduling, work orders, and service contracts related to agricultural and construction machinery.
  • Collaborate with sales and parts departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their service needs promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of service management experience in the agricultural and/or construction equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of equipment repair processes, diagnostics, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency with service management software is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
