Service Foreman

Location: Minnesota RMM (Service) Division

Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Join Holland Roofing as a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman In this hands-on service leadership role, you'll guide a small team (1-2 crew members) while independently performing diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on active commercial roofs. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in field environments, value safety, and excel at problem-solving and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
• Perform service work on EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related roofing systems.
• Execute repairs and remediation efficiently and accurately.
• Lead and mentor 1-2 service crew members while remaining hands-on with tasks.
• Conduct detailed roof inspections, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.
• Identify and communicate additional service or repair opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Accurately document all inspections and repairs using mobile service applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).

• Proven ability to locate and repair roof leaks without supervision.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of OSHA regulations.

• Comfortable using mobile devices for inspections, photos, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Foreman, Lead Service Technician, or similar supervisory field role.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring small teams on active job sites.
