Job Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and team members.
  • Document service activities, including repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Train clients and team members on proper equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for on-site support.

Pay Range: $41.61/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
