Job Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and team members.
- Document service activities, including repairs, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Train clients and team members on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for on-site support.

Pay Range: $41.61/hr. on W2
